What is required?
Businesses without credit terms with HyperFormance:
HyperFormance requires that you sign and complete our standard Rental Agreement. We also require a copy of your drivers license,
social security number, and a credit card number so that we can obtain an equipment security voucher. The initial payment
(including deposit) must be made with a credit card. Subsequent payments can be made by company check, personal check, or
credit card.
Businesses with credit terms with HyperFormance:
HyperFormance requires that you sign and complete our standard Rental Agreement. We may also require a corporate purchase order.
Personal:
HyperFormance requires that you sign and complete our standard Rental Agreement. We also require a copy of your drivers
license, social security number, and a credit card number so that we can obtain an equipment security voucher. The initial
payment (including deposit) must be made with a credit card. Subsequent payments can be made by personal check or credit card.
How long does it take to get a rental order?
HyperFormance keeps an impressive local inventory for you to choose from. We have many items that have been prepared and are
ready to be rented immediately. On most requests, it will be necessary for us to allocate 1-2 days for product preparation.
This preparation allows us to assure the product is functional and configured specifically to your needs.
Can I rent software only?
No. Due to copyright infringement laws, it is illegal for HyperFormance to rent software. However, HyperFormance is capable of
custom configuring/installing your software onto the rental equipment.
When do my payments start?
Your initial payment is due at the time of delivery/pick up. You will receive an invoice each week/month thereafter until the
equipment is returned.
Can I extend my Rental Agreement?
Yes. Simply notify your account representative, and complete another Rental Agreement form. Remember that your rental rates
are based upon the length of time you are renting the equipment. By properly forecasting the tenure of your rental agreement,
you will be able to guarantee the best rates for your project.
Can I add equipment to my Rental Agreement?
Yes. Simply notify your HyperFormance account representative and it can be done with no money down and based on your current
payment terms.
Can I cancel a Rental agreement?
Yes. However, large rental orders requiring much preparation, would require a cancellation charge. Cancellations made
mid-contract would be pro-rated to our normal rental rate for the time in which the equipment was used.
Am I responsible for insurance?
Yes. Insurance is required for all leased equipment. You handle all insurance requirements, as if you had purchased the
equipment outright. Often, your current property insurance carrier needs to be notified.
Can I move the Rented equipment from one location to another?
Yes. However, formal notification is required. Please call, e-mail, or fax this information to your HyperFormance account
representative.
